Trying to mentally prepare for tomorrow's Vertical Race. It's going to hurt then hurt some more. Hope I'm up for it..... Trying not to nap today so I can sleep tonight. I'm certainly feeling the effects of the jet lag. Sleeping has been a
chore. First night, great sleep, next two nights no sleep till 3
a.m. The nights have slightly improved. Last night I slept from midnight
to 7 a.m. So, should be on a normal sleep schedule once it is time to
leave. Then a week of getting back to normal at home..... Tomorrow Luke Nelson, Greg Ruckman, Andy Dorais and myself wil be racing. Stay tuned.
